Execution Hockey Advancement is focused on the holistic development of hockey players, using movement as a foundation. We believe that an athletes' ability to move with and without the puck, and their ability to process information as they do so is what defines the game.
Our program is designed to familiarize athletes and ultimately help them master the movement and puck skills necessary to process information at game speed. We build skills into movement chains that athletes see in-game so the transition from training to gameplay is seamless.
